Erratum to the book "Vortices in the Magnetic Ginzburg-Landau Model"

An error in Chapter 8 was kindly pointed out to S.Serfaty and myself by Michele Correggi and Jacob Yngvason. The mistake is corrected in these few pages . Due to numbering problems in TeX, these correspond to pages 162ff in the book although they are numbered 148ff.
